Design: Both genomic DNA and total RNA were extracted from the whole body of a juvenile. The strand-specific RNA-seq library was prepared using the TruSeq Stranded mRNA LT Sample Prep (RS-122-2101, Illumina) and sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq 4000 platform according to the manufacturer's instructions. The DNA library was prepared using the MGIEasy DNA Library Prep Kit (V1.1, MGI Tech) and sequenced on the BGISEQ-500RS platform according to the manufacturer's instructions.
